They also agree not to use spies to attack the other nation via espionage. Article II: Should either one of these nations attack each other, whether by war or by espionage, it shall be a fine of $1,000,000 ($1 million). They must also make peace with the other nation. Article III: In exchange for peace, Rekishstein agrees to send 50 tons of oil every 7 days to Canada. Article IV: Canada also agrees to send 5 tons of uranium every 5 days to Rekishstein. Article V: This treaty shall last until the 1st of January, 2000. At this point the two nations can either void the treaty, or extend it. Article VI: Should either nation wish to void this treaty before January 1st, 2000, they need to contact the other nation and tell them they are voiding this treaty. The treaty shall, however, not be void until 48 hours afterward, and until then the treaty and it's effects shall continue to exist.
