Herk
This trial is based upon the events before, during, and after The Foxburo incident & the brutal war between The 2nd Armenian Empire (aggressor) vs. The Democratic State Of Aklash. The trial will consist of two parts. The Evidence Screening, and The Grand Jury Prosecution. During the Evidence Screening both parties and their supporters may bring before the Grand Jury (To be Decided) evidence concerning the trial. During The Grand Jury Prosecution three out of four jurors must come to an agreement on which party is at fault. They will have 24 hours to decide. If they are unable to decide during these 24 hours, the process will be repeated until they can find enough evidence to prosecute a party. -Both parties are entitled to ONE lawyer. - Both parties may submit evidence on this thread ONLY - Both parties may choose what they would like to charge the other for, and may also choose what they should be reimbursed for these said damages. -Both parties may call witnesses to testify to The Grand Jury - Witness testimony(s) are allowed as evidence in-front of to The Grand Jury THIS TRIAL WILL BEGIN 4/20/15 Edited April 18, 2015 by Herk Quote The Democratic State of Aklash THROUGH MANY, ONE
