Phiney Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 The Max damage a missile can do is 0.3* city infra. The other Max is 3*city pop density. Therefore with this 'missile nerf' if your cities arnt built to take missiles they can be even more damaging that before. See here (pretty sure the most damaging missile ever): You launched a missile upon the nation of Vae Victis led by Firetrout.
