Six of Ten Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 I'm an advocate of getting abortion written into the murder statutes. but we'll get back on topic. you can get far more stem cells if you have women donate their eggs, fertilize them eggs and incubate them in a way in which they only produce stem cells. harvest your stem cells. since women only have a certain amount of eggs in their lifetime, that isnt abortion, it's birth control. when women have hysterectomies, harvest the eggs before discarding the uterus and ovaries,. there's numerous ways stem cells can be obtained without killing somebody. as for stem cell research, i'd like to see them used to grow new organs for transplants. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Agreed they are saying that eventually they will be able to grow hearts that can be shipped to many places across the world. No more waiting for a tragedy to happen for a transplant. Also they are saying stem cells could possibly improve brain damage. We have never been able to fix major brain damage but think if we were able to do that. It would be revolutionary!
