With it, the Nigerian Empire has co-founded the alliance with its recent establishment as a nation; the alliance will be funded by Juliana Martinez of the Greater Marcavine Empire, and serve to protect its members and fund them during war. Tax rates vary, base is 10, tax rates are listed on the page, but those are just defaults. Depending on a bunch of things I'll manually edit your tax rate, and tax rates are negotiable.
