Gust Kontos Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 (edited) The Skyland Republic Attacked by United Mexican States At 5:00 pm MST, The Skyborn Republic was attacked after war was declared on it by the United Mexican states. All reports from the government under Gust Kontos have made clear that this attack was unprovoked. Upon the declaration of war Dictator Jesus Cruz of the United Mexican States stated he was sending in troops to "liberate" the people of The Skyborn Republic regardless of the nation's overwhelming support for its current leadership. After the initial thrust into The Skyborn Republic at 5:00 and 5:01 pm MST, the military has announced that counter offensives happened at 5:47 and 5:48 pm MST to halt enemy advances. Initial reports have noted that they were successful in driving the enemy out of the territory it was controlling. Further information has been noted that the aggressive nation is a member of the Dutch East India Company. Leadership of The Skyborn Republic is halting any further military action, unless attacked first, until it receives a response from the East India Company. The general hope is that a peaceful resolution can be found to halt further unnecessary bloodshed. A look on his war timeline reveals that he raids 5 nations everyday regardless of which alliance his victim is in. But it will prevent nations from trading with him so you aren't trading him one day then the next getting attacked by him. This nation should also be added to your list, Doom. Ill look over and see if I can help out by solving this diplomatically after that, we will see where it goes.
