Mass Embargo

pretty simple, just allow a comma seperated list in the nation embargo box so we can embargo a load of people at once instead of submitting the form multiple times.

I think that makes it too easy for alliances to post a list for everyone to copy/paste.  I like that it takes some effort to set up embargoes.

Sheepy has said he wants to bring in the ability to embargo an entire alliance, this just seems like a step on the way there.

I like this idea.

 

Specifically, I have never espoused a belief that it should be hard for alliances to embargo one another. Rather, they should behave to rely on the actions of individual nations. There's no value added by making mass embargoes difficult.

Yeah good idea, at the moment it only works for gradual embargoes over a long period.

Well I think that's the point. In general one would assume an alliance would want certain people embargoed, especially in the case of war.
