This is absolutely the point, thanks Kosta. The bleating about mini-spheres was going and going, then we managed to get to five relatively equal spheres, nad guess what? Still stagnant. So, no NAPs helps too. Good work on this, team. Glad it got done!

Grumpy supports a napless future.  It also doesn't surprise me that tS didn't want to sign this, they love them some NAPs.  They have generally been the ones to push for them in all the recent peace talks, they wanted a .  If you remember, after GnR both sides said we dont need no stinking NAP, and we got to war again 2 months after that war ended. 

For the record to all those that do complain about stagnation.  The way people play this game, you generally get punished for being active and starting shit.  So if you want to start a war, you will probably win that one, but most likely will lose the one after that, or eventually piss enough people off that everyone teams up and beats you down.
