I'm 100% positive it was done correctly, since i created the trade by clicking on 'send trade offer' on the intended player's nation. Personal trade offers don't show up on the global market. Nope. I saw his nation name in the box when I clicked on the "buy" button, and it went through. The only things I changed were "amount", and "price per ton". It was already on "Personal" to begin with, since I initiated the trade directly from the target nation's page. I PMd the nation who accepted the offer, but I haven't heard back. I assume he has no intention of returning it, since he basically got a ton of cash for free. If I thought there was even a chance I messed up, I would own it and move on, but it's so easy and straightforward, I couldn't possibly have done anything.
