Make it easier for users to switch war and economic policy by allowing the user to switch those policies right on their nation page

Currently, if users want to change their war and economic policies, they have to go to the Edit page, which is slightly inconvenient given how much users have to switch those policies. Perhaps adding a drop down menu for each of those two options right on the user's nation page would make it easier to switch those policies.
