MAP usage bug returns!

So today while eating McDonald's and talking to my roomate I also double bought planes. Did a fair amount of damage with them too, I noticed later, as I was bit distracted and rushed.

I then also noticed that on 2 of my wars, I had gotten 4 airstrikes on one, and 5 on the other.

please don't take a shortcut solution this time, I've heard from others they've still had incidents of this as well, what they did about them I don't know, but I'm putting these here as a public reminder to you and everyone that it's still a thing and to report it if it occurs.

It's my belief that part of this bug has to do with sitting on 12 MAP for a while, as if the game actually stores more than 12 MAP.

In both of these wars Akuryo did airstrikes after not doing anything for a few days so that doesn't contradict this suspicion at least.

Same thing happened me, I did 4 air strikes in my second most recent war at the one time.

It probably happened >5 times, often I  would do all my ground attacks with 12 MAP and still have 3 MAPs afterwards. I thought it was just lag, timing out. Never inspected it though.
