“So, the time has finally come.” Eva said, looking around at the rest of the Witch Council. Her statement was met with mixed reactions. First to Ange, who appeared slightly annoyed. “Let’s just get this over with.” Next to Virgilia, who simply let out a sigh of regret. Then to Beatrice, whose laugh had a tint of nervousness behind it. “W-well, this should be enough to cure our boredom, at least.” To Bernkastel, who wore an amused expression. “Finally, worthwhile entertainment. If you ask me, this isn’t enough, but I’ll take it.” And lastly to Lambda, who shared Bern’s amused expression. “Send them to the deepest pits of Hell.”

Eva spoke again. “Right. Let me just confirm the status of the evacuation.” Ange responded. “Commander Satan completed the process evacuating all human military personnel to the Golden Land earlier today, with the help of Generals Alciel, Lucifer, and Esdeath, of course.” Eva nodded. “Good. Then once this is done, we shall make our escape to the Golden Land as well.”

She turned to the monitor, showing a live feed of Hong Kong. She took a deep breath, with her expression then switching to a demonic smile as she pressed a button. The tanks, ships, and airships throughout the nation, including those at the shores of Hong Kong, began to glow blue as sirens sounded. “RAGNITE SELF DESTRUCT SEQUENCE ACTIVATED. THIS CANNOT BE REVERSED. T MINUS ONE MINUTE REMAINING.” The message continued to repeat. Eva spoke again, still wearing the same expression. “It’s a shame we weren’t able to develop a stronger bomb, but 5 MT should be enough. Now, forward!”

Upon her command, the entire fleet of naval and air vessels began approaching the shore. As they did, one airship opened a hatch. A large missile with a bright blue glow slowly descended before being fired. It’s target, Hong Kong and the military forces stationed there. Rokkenjima’s forces were only about a mile off the coast when the missile was fired. It reached the city within seconds before exploding, filling the entire area with a blinding light. At the same time, Rokkenjima’s fleets became illuminated themselves before... “3, 2, 1, 0...” They, too, exploded.

The live feed immediately turned to static. Eva let out a wicked laugh, joined by Bern and Lambda. “How do you like that?! You have the honor of being the test subjects of Rokkenjima’s first WMD! You should feel honored! Ahahahaha!” As Eva continued to laugh, a portal opened up behind them. She turned around, wiping a tear from her eye. “Well then, let’s search for a new Fragment together, shall we?” The members of the Witch Council disappeared into the portal, the sounds of war echoing behind them as the portal closed, leaving the room in complete darkness.

.:Classified:.

Several hundred Archer missiles would be fired towards the oncoming missile to ensure it's premature detonation at a safe range. As a precaution, 40 F-99 Drones would be scrambled and dispatched to assault it as well.

Finally, the UNSC vessels would begin using radar jamming, forcing the missile to use proximity or kinetic fuses, which would greatly increase the effectiveness of the Archer missile pods.

The Missile was intercepted by Resoria and SoE Anti-Balistics were shot but it was already intercepted by Resoria so it missed nothing.

Navium AA Guns working alongside Radios and Jammers know the intel on imcomming Aircraft of Rok's forces and were readied up to assault positions. Aircraft will arrive in a minute and half and overwehlm and protect the positions in dogfights, plus 4 minutes from the Aircraft Carrier to Support Hong Kong Defensive Actions.

SoE Special Ops are being educated and brought in with intel on Mainland Rok Defences and are being readied up and trained. Bombers are brought to beat off incomming ships with Leviathan 'support'. Sea mines were put in locations where ships would be in perfect range to assault the city.

The Civilian Pop is being evacuated on most vulnerable positions

THIS IS CONCURRENT TO OP'S POST
Having detected the incoming missile and realizing that it could very well destroy everything within a 20km radius around the city, Admiral Wilhelm Taube, seeing the lives of his men as more important than his own, ordered that the majority of the fleet, save the ship he was on, get as many civilians onboard via the old (and rather unreliable) transporters that the Akaata had provided a few years back before commencing an emergency jump to a location within 100 light-years. Once they had done as ordered, he ordered for all fighters to scramble and move to intercept the incoming missile while also launching several onboard missiles in the hopes that, if the fighters were to fail, at least there would be a backup. Taube then walked to the front of the bridge and sighed, knowing that the situation was out of his hands now.

As the missile was struck, the Ragnite inside, upon coming into contact with the outside air, detonated. The bomb's yield was lower than what was originally intended, that being 5 MT. However, even at 3 MT, it would still be enough to cause a considerable amount of damage. Massive waves rose hundreds of feet into the air as the bomb finally detonated as it struck the ocean's surface, being forced outward in all directions. The wave moving away from the coast easily picked up what was left of the naval fleet, carrying them a good distance away before sinking into the depths below. The wave heading towards the coast struck hard as the airborne water came crashing down. At the same time, Rokkenjima's airships (seven in total) began to rapidly descend toward the coast as black smoke filled the area. In the next few moments, several loud crashes could be heard. With the combination of the darkness and the smoke from the airships, it wasn't possible for anyone observing from the outside to determine where exactly the airships landed. Only those on the ground would know, as the city turned unnaturally quiet.
