Therana Athulis Posted November 9, 2016 Share Posted November 9, 2016 An Imperial Decree from the Office of the Empress of the Second Empire Greetings, Citizens of Orbis, today, Empress Therana has decided to open the empire's borders to all foreigners and hereby invites them to visit the Second Empire, be it as a tourist, a diplomat or a merchant. Empress Therana hopes that cordial relations with the empire's direct neighbours can be established quickly and smoothly. The Imperial Ports will remain closed for the next three days as preparations have not been finished there, but all Imperial International Airports are ready to receive foreign traffic as of now. The Imperial Minister of State, Okur Samet, asks all would-be visitors to remain calm at the sight of elements of the Imperial Armed Forces, who are still occupied with dismantling many of the border fortifications. For the sizable transport of the Brotherhood, a set of land outside the capital city of Zah'Aharon has been reserved. We hope that that is to the Brotherhood's satisfaction. We have also prepared a building near the core of Zah'Aharon to serve as the embassy of Hungadada. Keep in mind that there are certain regulations, such as the ban on Biological and Chemical Weaponry, which includes but is not limited to: Bacterial Bio-Agents, Chlamydial bio-agents, viral bio-agents, White Phosphorus Munitions, Sulfur Mustards, Arsenicals, Nitrogen Mustards, Blood Agents, Nerve Agents, and Choking Agents. Embassies for each of the aforementioned nations will be prepared and Imperial Delegations will be ready to assume their duties in the sovereign territory of Wintery, Kressnia, the Italian Empire and Chernigov in a few days time. The Umbrella Corporation is allowed to establish offices in the Second Empire, should they so wish. The Imperial Minister of Defense, Seymour Finnigan, would like to assure the leader of Chernigov, Alexei Lysenko, that the empire is aware of the regulations and will follow them to the letter. -Lord Takashi Young, Lord of the Council (OOC Oncaro: My nation and lore is taken and adapted from a science-fantasy novel I wrote, "Shattered Peace".
