Ogaden
I attacked with 1000 soldiers against an enemy nation with 0 of all ground forces. Not only did I not get an immense triumph, I had a total failure. What the ?
Rozalia
I forget the exact percentage so I may be wrong but I believe when you attack the opponent has 0.25% of it's population functioning as soldiers. If the percentage of their population is more than your 1000 soldiers then you lose the battle against the lets call it militia.

Rozalia
Is this a new rule change? o_O I could have dreamed up reading about it considering it's not documented anywhere that I'm aware of nor does the game show it, but I believe it's been around a long time. It giving the defender a very slight edge and stopping people getting an immense with a very low amount of soldiers seem to be the purpose. It's also why when you launch attacks against people with 0 military you still take losses.

It was a very, very early feature. Possibly added before the game even launched officially. Quote Is there a bug? Report It | Not understanding game mechanics? Ask About It | Got a good idea? It's also hands down one of the best features because every couple months a new person posts it as a bug On a more helpful note, one of the previous times this was posted there was a small list of "hidden" items like this. Most are likely outdated since I remember several being about building militaries which was outdated when sheepy changed the war module a couple months ago.
