Thomas
"A Story of Dragons in Meereen" On a dark and stormy night in the mountains of Meereen several Valyrian dragons and their Dragonlords took shelter in of the many caves found throughout the mountains. As the storm worsened the Dragonlords feared that it would be many days before being able to return back to Valyria. The Dragons were young and inexperienced, likely to get lost in the disarray of the storm. Supplies were low and the Dragons became more aggressive to one another and their masters once food supplies were nearly gone. Overflow from the river of Meereen continued to rise, coming closer to the cave they were taking refuge in. The Dragonlords began to pray to the Gods throughout the night, and suddenly the rain stopped pouring, the wind stopped whirling and the waves stopped crashing. Old Meereenian sorcerers, who call themselves Storm Division, used their magic to bring an end to the powerful storm. The Dragonlords returned to Valyria with their new friends, bringing Storm Division before the Grand Dragonlord. As a gesture of friendship and good faith, the Grand Dragonlord forged the The Dragon’s Storm Agreement, The Treaty of Meereen, to signify a beginning of a new friendship between Valyria and Storm Division. The Dragon's Storm Agreement The Treaty of Meereen Article I: Valyria and Storm Division will from this day forth be known as signatories within this document. Article II: The signatories agree to share intelligence relevant to one another’s common defense. Article III: The signatories agree to maintain a policy of non-aggression with one another at all times and not to engage in any raid/war from either alliances nations. Article IV: The signatories agree to consider military intervention for one another’s mutual defense but neither party recognizes an obligation to defend one another. Article V: The signatories agree to facilitate free and unrestricted trade between the nations of both alliances. This includes all commercial transactions consisting of the flow of goods, cash, credits, loans and other services. Article VI: Either Alliance may decide to cancel this treaty at any time, by giving 72 hours prior notice in a private and respectful manner to the person of authority in either alliance. /Signed for Valyria/ Grand Dragonlord: Morgan Dragonlord: Thomas Lord of War: Sycho14k Lord of Wealth: Gandalf the Grey Lord of Freeholds: Viktor Lord of Freeholds: Carter Watson /Signed for Storm Division/ Leader: Curtimus Leader: Zayden TL;DR - Valyria and Storm Division sign The Dragon's Storm Agreement, The Treaty of Meereen (ODP) Edited June 6, 2016 by Thomas

Ekaterina Kalmyk
Dragons and Storms are both pretty awesome, so congratulations you guys, but wasn't there supposed to be a DoE when Enclave, Shuriken, and Varangian Entente merged? Varangian Entente's disappeared entirely, but Shuriken and Enclave still have several members each. Will Shuriken and Enclave be continuing in some form from this point forward or will they eventually dissolve altogether? We cannot speak on behalf of Storm Division, but I am confident that a DoE will be announced shortly. The remaining members of the merging alliances are likely to join soon or are inactive. Paladin
We have invited Enclave to the merge, but there is no certainty any of them will join it. As for Shuriken, they will likely go the way of VarEn when their merge is complete. We started migrating before they did and I finished off VarEn earlier today. We haven't DoE'd until Shuriken is complete on their part of the merge, and we also may discuss a new name prior to such a DoE, too. We are bigtime excited to be joining our oldest ally Shuriken, though, and also very excited to be making a new ally with Valyria!

Kastor
Not trying to be a downer but has the Storm Division even been around 2 weeks? Most young allianves implode and merges do not work.

There is always risk with signing a treaty with a brand new alliance. Hence why we chose to sign an ODP. However, we are confident in the stability of Storm Division.
