James Hequ
I King of Hequ resign from the position of king and give the position of power to the national assembly. You may be shock that a king giving up his own power is a stupid thing to do but I am getting very old (69) and I have no heirs so I am afraid after I die there would be a civil war and to pervent that I give power to a being that needs no hiers, The National Assembly and with this I have created a constitution. Do not worry all diplomatic/econamic coroperation will stay the same. THE CONSTITUTION OF HEQU Part 1 This document will be known as The Constitution of Hequ and it shall be the supreem law of Hequ. The nation of Hequ shall be govern by The National Assembaly (who shall always have 50 seats) who has the power to rule how they wish if the legislation, a position called the Lead Repersenitive who has the power to make temporary legislation in cases of gridlock or when the National Assembly is not meetting and the issue is urgent. This temporary legislation can be permitized or brought down by the nstional assembly. All laws can be repeled after they are permitized. The National Assembly memebers shall be elected by the common vote in the districts they repersent, the districts shall be evenly divided by population. These elections will happen every year, and every year the people elected a president shall choose a new President. The National Assembly shall be elected by adults (people over 18) and be runed by adults. Part 2 The people shall have the freedom/right of: speach religon to vote to work to be equal to a fair trial to be tried under a jury and to live under the same law. Elections also took place, there were 5 parties were establised and ran. The results were the Liberal Party with 21 seats, the Conservite Party with 19 seats, the Facist Party with 5 seats the Communist Party with 4 seats and the Holy Party with 1 seat. John Kingston has taken the role as Lead Repersenitive. Edited October 30, 2016 by John and Susan Hequ
