Franklin Pierce Posted April 6, 2016 Share Posted April 6, 2016 The Katana - Axe Accord As of November 26, 2002 the Shuriken Alliance and the Varangian Entente agree to enter into an active Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact (ODAP) and agree to Market Sharing. The details of this historic agreement are set forth in Articles 1 - 6 below. Article 1 - Non Aggression a. Agrees to not attack or provoke one another b. Agrees that if a dispute should arise between alliances or it's individual members negotiations between alliance leaders will be held to resolve the dispute peacefully Article 2 - Optional Defense a. Agrees that if one alliance is attacked the the other alliance has the option to provide aid in the form of troops, intelligence, resources and diplomatic negotiations Article 3 - Optional Aggression a. Agrees that if one alliance partakes in offensive warfare the other alliance has the option to provide aid in the form of troops, intelligence, resources and diplomatic negotiations b. Agrees to give the other alliance at least 48 hours notice before the first attack Article 4 - Alliance Secrets a. Agrees to keep all information shared between alliances within the alliance and on a need to know basis Article 5 - Market Sharing a. Agrees to share their markets Article 6 - Amendment or Dissolution a. Agrees that this document may be amended with written consent of both alliances b.
