Registration Problem

I have a friend who is attempting to start playing the game. He's created a nation before, but he never did anything with it. Now, when he tries to create a new nation, it won't let him because "There is already an account registered to this computer."

 

However, when he tries to recover the password from his old account (he has confirmed that it is the correct email, since he still has the original registration email), it tells won't let him because "That email does not exist."

 

Not sure if this is a bug or what, but is preventing him from playing.

Yeah, go ahead and do this. I'll check out the account.

 

EDIT: Also, you should know that "this computer" means "this internet connection" so if someone is already playing from his connection, he won't be able to sign up from it (basic protection against people creating multis)
