They retreated to other islands, nations or have sought exile, and continued their fight there, either through sharing the truth, or through active combat. The islands of Puerto Rico would be under the official ownership of the Union, if it were asked by the united nations. The island can request assistance of any sort by the mainland and vice versa could be considered if it was necessary. The same is considered for Belize. People that have seen enough of blood shed are escorted away and sent to Durotar where there they will be granted a permanent residence, those who want to stay are usually militants. There are plenty of areas that arent touched by the imperialism at all and they are to be improved on by sponsorship of the Union, with no catches. The guerilla fighters from Cuba and other areas are linked in with the 2nd Armalite Brigade of Ireland whom have taken residence in Durotar and are treated as heroes. Both forces are isolated from any populace and their objective is to defend against imperialism. those two forces are specialists in guerrilla fighting alike and are sent to exchange experience from their own fights. The fighters whom went from Cuba are re-armed, re-clothed and resupplied with fresh food and medicine for any sick or injured. There were plenty of uninhabited islands off the western coast of the Union and positions would be 'under the flag of the Union'. They were set to act as defensive positions, only after the construction of the largest natural reservation in the world is constructed in Durotar so all the wildlife as well as many plants would be moved there to their own sections to live away freely away from any chance of danger from the blood and conflict of the politics of humans and humanoids. No construction on those islands will occur until the wildlife there has a reasonable home somewhere. Talks are being orchestrated with Mogatopia so that any business of Mogatopia wouldn't be hampered by expanding the defensive perimeter of the Union, their ships are free to pass. Also they are orchestrated so that there is no hampering with any interests of Mogatopia in the Atlantic or the surrounding areas with the acts of the Union. The Committee of the Union sends a message to Germany and Mogatopia for military requests. From Mogatopia the Union requests the Sahara desert and an unpopulated region outside of it for military exercises in the desert for a small unit of the Union. The Union has suggested the German nation a small exercise between Germany and the Union code named United Guard of the Rhine. The plan is in the beginning stages and it is merely a recommendation, further plans can be made by the two nations representatives. For now the only specified thing the Union mentions is that it will involve the Sankara Brigade. Due to the hostility of the State of Israel towards the Union and in the region of the Middle East the Union takes some measures in the matter of defense. The guarding of the borders all across has been drastically increased, as well as the submarine flotilla has been mobilized. Military weapons are being sent to Iraqi and Kurdish insurgents through Pakistan towards the West for the Iraqis and from the Balkans towards the East for the Kurds inside Turkey. All gear is Soviet. The insurgents are heavily recommended to maintain a defensive stance and prepare for vicious guerrilla fighting in case of a foreign invasion. The shipments are independent, use different landing locations and move in different courses to avoid detection.

Further search by the Black Army inside the raided house and its surrounding, finds some connections with an unknown terrorist organisation. It is presumed that either Israel has attempted to start a terrorist cell inside of Durotar to cause insurrections, because of its remoteness it could pose as a great headquarters, or something else linked to terrorism which would endanger either the safety of people of Durotar or Israel. Under law the citizens are able to have multiple weapons per head. The arms found in the search originate from sources which would be unavailable to ordinary citizens of Durotar to posses. Information about the autopsy would be sent to Israel, but for now information and pictures about the weapons, passports and everything already mentioned before would be sent to Israel and would demand an explanation.

The Union of Durotar gives asylum for any communist leaders and people who favour communist ideals, the Committee of Durotar asks the Britannian government to grant free leave to the political enemies of it who were in Cuba to be able to travel to Durotar if they desired so, and for any followers of the ideals.

The local Black guard of the revolutionary army of Durotar would be sent to maintain order and stability in the location of the raid. People that desired evacuation or protection would be granted and assisted in the moving or protection. There would be no necessary investigation as the only players that could perform something of this scale is Israel or an Israeli group funded by the bourgeoisie which were kicked out of Durotar, or their families seeking revenge because members of their families were sentenced to death because of their crimes. With the on going pandemic, the committee had to resolve the question of the remnants of the enemy forces inside its borders. The resolution was to send a small team for a special operation to infiltrate the bastions and take the leadership to the capital as prisoners for trial by the Union tribunal for imperial war crimes of Durotar. The squad in the operation go by the name of Tauren participating in Operation Oracle. The valued targets and leadership were landlords and bourgeoisie whom hired a private militia for protection in a small remote estate on the coast. There were 15 causalities, all were the hired militias. The actions of this raid were to be freely broadcasted through out the nation and into foreign nations, as well as the trials. The militias were granted a semi-freedom sentence. They would keep the money given by the criminals, and would be given a residence to stay with their families during the pandemic, and the families moving to the Union shall be aided if necessary, as well as an option of jobs was given to the militants after the pandemic. The trial for the leaders and valued targets would end with all sentenced to being shot by a firing squad at dawn, all their property would be stripped from their grasp. If there are any families or relatives of the criminals, they would be permitted to stay during the pandemic if they wished so, and would be granted exit from the nation as well, with no support or aid, there would be no restrictions and there would be no aid. The plan for the estates was made as locations for state resting/vacation places for workers which would be reworked on to have more space. The beaches and everything around the house was planned to be worked around post pandemic. For now all industries of the Union are nationalized for the current time being as of the pandemic. Workers at markets and other locations where civilians obtain food are often replaced to reduce the danger of containment by the virus, and all would be granted decent stays and treatments of the virus. The Committee asks if Mogatopia would be willing to make a deal where they would give technologies which would allow automation of many industries in the nation to keep the nation balanced and non vulnerable during pandemic economy and growth wise. In response to recent expansions of the Britannian empire, the Union started to smuggle some old soviet AFV's and recon vehicle which would allow the mobility to local forces inside Texas and Mexican lands which would ensure heavier civilian resistance in case of any further expansion in the North American continent. The Union would also send Kalashnikov rifles in many variants, as LMGs and assault rifles mostly, and along it ammo. The process would go of first sending the guns, then the recon vehicles and then the AFVs, periodically. All would be sent in parts to be reassembled once they reach the local antifascist and anti-imperialist forces. In an another wave of supplying, the shipments would also contain basic medical necessities and materials to make Molotov cocktails. Both transports of weaponry would take 3 months overall at max.

The Committee of the Union would reject the proposal as they don't make agreements with Kingdoms or Empires, and see the IDF as an occupating force on the people of the Middle East.

The invitation would also mention that the leadership of Mogatopia would understand that the leaders of the Union shouldn't leave the recently freed and united nation in a turbulent time with a pandemic. The committee of Liberation, which presents the current form of leadership. The ceremony was there for a renewal of the pact of liberation. The committee has come for two major points to discuss and solve for the current time - the situation of a pandemic and of foreign affairs. Due to the mass of the Union being supportive of the left, the leadership couldn't make any decision that wouldn't be against what they stand for, or what the people have fought for, because of an amass of imperial forces in the world. It has invited Mog[Corp] to discuss the future of the African continent as they are both major players on it, the committee saw it would be better to get to an agreement for now, and to open any relation between the two, without spilling any more non needed bloodshed. The central committee has also requested Rokkenjima's allowance for medical experts from the Union to travel to their nation to help the containment and treatment of patients there, while also working on an effort to fight the virus directly. The Union is ready to send volunteers which would aid in the treatment of patients and aim to support the already present Rokkenjima doctors and Durotar's. They would act in the roles of nurses, paramedics, cooks and other needed obligations. In future the committee will make a decision furthermore on the virus, as it couldn't sustain a long quarantine effort whilst it was planning for a reconstruction effort, nevertheless the committee stands by it values of human life before any profit, the military and volunteer groups will aid in the quarantining of suspected carriers, helping the vulnerable. Remote areas will be for now supplied by the military in the case of necesseties, and post pandemic will be connected better to the Union.
