I would love to commend my Spartan opponents on a well fought war, but all they did was nuke me and nothing else. So good job fighting like a coward! I expected more out of an alliance named Sparta, but that's ok. Perhaps its just the radiation leftover in my nation thats making me talk like this. Good for peace I suppose.

All the growth in the world doesn't help you fight a war though. They generally have no concept of how to fight properly...
