This weekend I hope to publish a piece I've been working on for over a week titled A Proposal for the Culture of Orbis. I have been cultivating this piece with help from @zevfer @CitrusK @Kevanoviaand input from @Emperor Adam as well as leaders of individual alliances who agree with my sentiments but are withholding public support until they read the finished piece. This piece will detail exactly how we got here and the best shot we have to getting back to world where Alliances speak for themselves, the politics of this game involve in-character dealings and not OOC, and we get more player engagement with the diverse and amazing world of Orbis. @Firwof KromwellAre you like leaving the game already or will you keep lurking? IMO it didn't help, but at this point you cannot pull it. I would have years ago proposed an almost complete ban of bots, but we are past this point. Bots are so synonymous with gameplay that it would alienate way too many people and additionally people who do not use bots would probably get caught in the crossfire and banned even though they didn't do anything and there would be others that fly completely under the radar. I agree with others in this community that think access to bots and resources in building bots should be made more readily available, as this is the more realistic solution to problem at hand.

I would agree that allegations this major (and concerning enough for Borg that he deleted his messages) must be rewarded with a response from @Alex. However, we should all recognize that Alex would have to try and figure out the legitimacy of this on the backend which could be nearly impossible and therefore, Borg should get the benefit of the doubt. I would appreciate at least a "I will look into it and keep you all updated on it" response at this time.

And then, a mere 11 mins later... More proof that UPN isn't real and all their associated "alliances" are run by AI running on Windows 97. This is honestly more stupid than the people who keep giving George government jobs.

Don't let the riff raft bother you. Continue on the way you are. IMO, more content is better than the empty hollow shell of what OWF has become.

Four of the most destructive parts of current Orbis culture is in there.

This is something humans do not like to think about much, the fact that we can't control the world yet. I would say that that is the most likely option out of the three theories of humans' caused it, it ain't real, or its nature taking its course. We have only observed the earth's temp for less than two hundred years. We do not know how much the earth's temp has change before then. More than likely we are witnessing a regular cycle of the earth that we haven't documented cause it happens only every few hundred years.

When you see borderline copyright infringement! I pray good luck to you and that you will focus your time on stomping out your enemies and never giving anyone favorable in-game peace terms. Always, please consider the possibility of burning your paper.

Does this game not become more enjoyable when people are a*holes in the political sphere? When people backstab and actual politics go on? Isn't that like the peak of enjoyment from this game when you go after alliances that do that against you and beat them into submission? Is not political discord and open political hostilities fun?

If only more alliance leaders had the balls to do stuff like this. Screw the little people.

yo, if it is, I'll amend it and change the way I go about this. I want to get back into the community by making stuff for the people in it. The fees I tried to make nominal just so I can afford the software needed.

Hey ya'll, J Kell here. Years ago I had an ingame business where I produced images, gifs, music, and videos for the people of Orbis to use to promote whatever they wanted in the game. I took a long break because life happened and I went off, joined the military, and started law school. Now I have some free time and a desire to create this content yet again. Would you all like to feed into my desire to produce this content? What do I offer? Custom Images, gifs, and illustrations Videos, this involves heavily produced projects if desired Music, parodies, originals, or whatever you so desire What does this cost? I am unwilling to produce a price sheet because every project is different, but I am (tentatively as I am waiting for approval from Alex, if I get told I cannot charge I will find another avenue in which to be compensated) expecting real dollars here as I am desiring for this hobby to pay for my Adobe Creative Suite. However, unless you have massive project, I do not think the price of any of these items would ever succeed $10 and the average to be about $5.
