Money isn't the problem with capitalism. Even the collectivists of the Spanish CNT used a voucher system during the Civil War; which served as exchange notes similar to money. The insinuation that we could possibly live without a convenient method of exchange, in today's world, is preposterous. The problem arises when artificial wealth is allowed to be created via interest and usury, and is deemed by society to be more valuable than real wealth (land, labor, resources, etc.). In state capitalism, money = debt. In a cost-based free market system, however, money would represent the true cost of labor, as determined by free individuals within their voluntary social contracts. Cooperatives are a great example of mutualist principles being practiced within capitalism today. Unlike Marxism, mutualism does not require an international, "post-capitalist", revolution to start working today. https://usworker.coop http://ica.coop http://www.cicopa.coop

When Miles declared on Gabby... When Miles blockaded Gabby... When Miles beiged Gabby... When Gabby decided to run that snitch mouth on the P&W forums and awaken the colony…. AYY LMAO Don't be scared, its only that stuff we used to eat all the time back in the day. (But apparently we can't say on P&W, because people can't get their minds out the gutter; even though its a common noun, and an informal synonym for the very thing I was referring to in the first place… so yea… a cat.)

Mutualism is a refined version of classical anarchist economics; first proposed by philosophers such as Josiah Warren, Pierre Proudhon (first self-proclaimed anarchist), and later developed by Benjamin Tucker, author of Individual Liberty. Like socialism, individualist anarchism and mutualism grew out of the cooperative and intentional community movement(s), as well as the broader labor movement. Unlike most other forms of socialism and left anarchism, however, mutualists believe in free markets, not planned economics; and advocate an interest-free banking system, cooperative business models, the labor theory of value (cost principle), and personal property, based on occupancy and use; instead of the artificial private property of capitalism, which requires the state to mandate it's authenticity. A missive from the Knights of Stormwind arrives.
Miles Dyson replied to Dwynn's topic in Alliance Affairs
I'm pretty sure Gabby actually thinks he/she is a cat. Barring that, BK pretty much already said what needed to be said. Gabby is just twisting what I said, in our personal messages to one another, and calling it 'coercion' or 'force'; when really, all I did was politely imply that if Gabby wanted to join, I would generously accept a peace offering. This is exactly what I said when I supposedly "coerced" Gabby into joining BK: We could use you in BK if you were ever looking to join a serious alliance. I would extend a peace offering if you joined. (verbatim). Whether we were engaged in a war or not is inconsequential. That has nothing to do with anything. There is no possible way that I could "force" anyone to join BK, or any other alliance for that matter; even if I did have them blockaded and was beating them to a pulp (legally of course). Anyone with a brain can see this goober is full of it. I don't need to spell it out. This nonsense is as dead to me as this cat will be in the near future. Peace, ya'll. Stay dank. -

Wait… What did I say? It was Gabby that implied that BK owed him and his "alliance" reps. I stated very clearly to him that neither I, or BK, owed him sh!t; and I never once said that I was speaking for BK. As far as my recruitment methods are concerned, clearly they are effective. Like I stated in the other thread, I convinced a small alliance (4 members) to join BK earlier this month after raiding them! Now they're full-fledged knights. And as Lordstrum said earlier, if I'm not breaking any alliance rules, then who gives a sh!t? Ethics my a$$. War is War. They will either join or be beiged. Fucl< Stormwind. -
Join BK. We're the only alliance in Orbis who cares. Don't be scared. Join Today! BK Hoe

How do I know how much food I should have at any given time?
-
So, has anyone been exposed as a mole, who didn't cheat by making a separate in-game account? Its not technically cheating in that case, is it?
-
Politics & War is a dirty, dirty business.
-
So, I understand how in-game spies work; but do players ever do their own espionage in P&W? Like, moles?
-
Sorry, I'm new to P&W. Question 1: If my city has power, then why do I still have a "Needs Power" sign by four of my Improvement categories? Is that just always there? Question 2: Can players give resources and/or in-game money as gifts to other players? Thats all for now, thanks.
