What were you doing (or trying to do): Nuked an enemy nation. What happened (describe thoroughly please): Target nation only had one nuclear power plant in that city. One additional improvement should have been destroyed, but was not.

Ah, I see. It's using the undisplayed base population instead of the displayed population density. Thanks for the sarcastic help.

I created a new city yesterday and it instantly had 100% disease, killing almost all of the people. https://politicsandwar.com/city/id=29322 This doesn't appear to be correct, as the pollution is very low (2 points ) and the population density is .5 people per square mile. I had the same result when the pollution was 0 points.
