    When an alliance claims it's IF is gonna handle something the FA should, then it shows that he cant handle the job. Also, the MoD is part of the government. There is no denying it.

    Basic form or not, this is affecting people outside of your alliance. This means it should be handle by your FA.

    Kicking someone out wont solve a problem. Anyways, IA handles stuff IN the alliance, while FA handles stuff OUTSIDE of the alliance. Wars count as outside.
