Pfeiffer
Usually that's a server side or third party connection through which you connect. I use IRCCloud.com, which is in itself a bouncer. Kurdanak
Anyone know how to install a bouncer on iOS? Or if you canTypically, it's not quite that easy, or at least if you're looking for a free service. If you're willing to pay for an IRC bouncer service, then I can round together some suggestions. Your best (free) bet would be to get cozy with someone who runs a personal IRC bouncer and have them set up an account for you, after which you can connect to it by plugging in certain information that you'd get from the owner of the IRC bouncer into a general IRC app. EDIT: Oh yes, the above suggestion is also a decent option, though there are some limitations that you can learn more about through their website. It's the same deal as plugging in Coldfront's server details. The difficulty is finding or setting up the bouncer to begin with.
