The Russian Central Bank, or RCB is a financial institution based in the Russian Federation, on the Red sphere. The RCB specializes in unqualified loans to individual nations on a case by case basis, charging a consumer friendly lending interest rate. The RCB also specializes in foreign accounts, taking resource and money deposits to safeguard from future conflict or market conditions. All loans are made on a case by case basis and generally do not exceed $500,000 as a general principle. Who can open an account, or get a loan? Anyone! Any nation seeking to open a savings account with the RCB simply needs to contact a bank representative (in this case, myself) and arrange for the transfer of funding. All deposits are insured up to $1 Million. Any nation seeking to apply for a loan must post within this thread to apply, and the application will be reviewed for processing. After being processed, the applicant will be contacted as to whether the loan is accepted, or declined. A reason will be given if the application for loan has been declined. What's an "Unqualified Loan"? Generally, an unqualified loan is a financial loan given on the basis of an understanding that the applicant, or consignee has bad credit, or in some cases, little to no credit at all. These loans are generally small, and offer a modest interest rate compared to larger and more qualified credit based loans of higher values. Typically, these loans are capped at $300,000 and carry an interest rate of between 1 and 4%. Do you offer depository interest? Yes, the RCB offers all savings and deposit accounts a variable interest rate that ranges from between 2 and 5%, monthly. Generally, the rates remain fixed, although RCB reserves the right to change both the rate, and the range of interest rates presented in this thread for both deposits and loans. Beginning at midnight on the morning of the first day, and no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the FIFTH day of this grace period. Any late payment after this grace period will be charged a fee of $5,000 or 2% of the loan, whichever is greater. This charge will be applied daily for every day late. If after a period of 14 days payment has not been made, or arrangements to make a payment or payment schedule have not been made between the lender and customer, the Russian Central Bank reserves the right to place the loan in DEFAULT, at which point a charge of $50,000 or 10% of the loan will be applied, whichever is greater. Accounts in default are subject to collection and may be authorized for the use of force to recover losses incurred by the lender. Customers in good faith that communicate issues in repayment will 99.9% of the time be given extra time to make payment, or a payment schedule will be arranged. Failure to communicate late payments, or non compliance of payments will not be tolerated. How to Open a Deposit/Savings Account Please post an application to open a deposit account in this thread. Savings accounts are long term deposit accounts that have stricter controls on how much can be withdrawn, and at any given point. Savings accounts have a minimum balance requirement of $100k. If a savings account drops below this amount, a charge of $5,000 will be applied for each day it is delinquent. Accounts of a savings nature may not be accessed via withdrawal more than THREE times per calendar month. This means on the 31st of a month, if a person has accessed the account through withdrawal three times, that person may access it three more times on the 1st of the next month. For security purposes, only authorized users are able to make deposits or withdrawals from our accounts. Any nation who maintains an active account at RCB may not, nor may an authorized user, deposit and then immediately (defined as a period within three days) withdraw funds from that account. Any account suspected of belonging to a multi, or suspected of sweethearting will be subject to seizure pending an investigation.
