Trick and treat availability shown like slots

I think it'd make a lot of sense and help participation if we could see nations that have or haven't been tricked or treated today in the same spot as their spy/war slots on the nation lists. Without that, we have to manually attempt a trick or treat just to see if it's possible.

You should also drop the food requirement, alot of if not all of the treats are net negative, due to the high cost of 750 food per city.
