You're re-submitting the same request. I don't understand, recruitment messages are sent through API by players that aren't online; couldn't you just make it a game rule and then when someone is sending dozens of the same message when offline through api to every new player give them moderation strikes? we use a recruitment bot in our alliance only because everyone else does, I'd much rather prefer to be able to send one on one messages to new players but it seems pointless when I've seen what a new player sees when the join this game; allowing a new player to have to see 50 messages in less than 10 minutes is not a good way to keep players from quitting. Also I as a real person trying to contact the new player has to wait until they are 3 minutes old to send them a DM, but the API mail doesn't seem to have this restriction when i rejoined the game i was instantly met with dozens of messages.
