MRBOOTY
Mr. Booty remember That during the summer food prices be slender But he still has a question on his mind Do they always rise during winter time? It would be pretty cool to know So please, anyone, be a bro Oh, and by winter I mean for the Northern hemisphere Most nations are there, just to be clear Quote MR BOOTY IN DA HOUSE http://i.imgur.com/R5WWAB1.jpg
Filthy Fifths
MR BOOTY got other things to worry about. 1 Quote "In an honest service there is thin commons, low wages, and hard labor; in this, plenty and satiety, pleasure and ease, liberty and power; and who would not balance creditor on this side, when all the hazard that is run for it, at worst, is only a sour look or two at choking. No, a merry life and a short one, shall be my motto." - Bartholomew "Black Bart" Roberts Green Enforcement Agency will rise again!
Franz Von Dietrich
Yes, due to the fact winter is basically the worst time to grow food, depending the continent you're on.
Arthur James
build your food production 50% more than enough in normal stage, than you have sufficient food for hibernation as well as next year. 'cause I don't buy, sell food to any1. There is no need to worry about food, worry about your revenue instead. SoS
Last winter food prices rose drastically. This winter we saw some seriously increased production. Prices didn't rise as much. Food has always fetched a good return, so people will invest in its production until its price goes to shit. So, I don't expect much price spike next winter (unless there's a war).

Aight, sounds about right thanks for the info you guys I guess I'll just have to wait longer For the food prices to fall and flounder and then I can make a more on the market and fetch a big return like reddit MR BOOTY got other things to worry about. Wiliam
As a higher percentage of nations reside on the northern hemisphere, during winter times for the northern hemisphere, there is a large dip in supply, while the demand remains roughly the same, therefor it is inevitable that a rise in prices occurs. SoS
Ya but, there's peeps focused on making food with the mass irrigation project and all that. There's plenty food out there.
Anneal
Food isn't that hard to get, I usually acquire much more food from winning wars than actually losing it. If there's really no choice, I just buy food for the day. *shrug*
SoS
I have too much food
Arthur James
I have too much food then change the farm into civil improvements than within 1 or 2 yrs of the gametime, it will be done like a long term investment for substantial revenue.
