Farms provide food equivalent to your Land Area / 300 tons of food per turn or Land Area / 25 tons of food per day. Operational costs are $300 per day ($25/turn). You can have up to 8 farms per city.

 

 

The above is the wrong way round

 

300 tons food per turn, but only 25 tons per day??

 

There is a similar error in the Mass Irrigation national project,

this:

 

Rates increase from City Land/300 (per Farm) to City Land/250 (per Farm).

 

Surely an increase would have a higher rather than a lower figure?

The smaller the denominator, the larger the outcome is. 300/300 is 1. But 300/25 is 12.

Or, he could simply be reading it incorrectly:

(Land Area divided by 300) Food per turn, or (Land Area divided by 25) Food per day.

I've added some parentheses, if that helps. Doom is correct though, when you divide numbers having a smaller denominator creates a larger quotient.
