For those unaware, if your nation is of a certain age and has not donated in the last 180 days, then an offer is available to purchase discounted credits. I saw the offer and thought it was a good idea so went ahead. I selected the 2 and 5 credit option and paid through Apple Pay. Soon after I received an email from PayPal that it could take up to 72 hours to process. Days after I received an email confirming payment has been successful. I went on my nation to see if I received anything in-game and instead of 7 credits, I received 14. Relevant screenshots below - I've only been charged once per donation so I'm not out of pocket.
