Can I call for a complete ceasefire between ELS and DNN before anything escalates? I will repay ALL war damages plus more to the DNN bank and all member nations I've raided, in exchange for complete peace between the alliances.

First of all, I can't tell if this should be in Alliance Recruitment or here, because it's to do with the test server.

Update: I've reached peace with two of the DNNLA members at war with me. I have agreed to cease all attacks on DNNLA.

Okay, DNN, if you're STILL going to attack us after we tried to negotiate peace, enjoy the radiation. You'll have quite a bit of it after we (and maybe our allies) repeatedly nuke you. I said I wouldn't attack your alliance. You're still attacking me. So enjoy rebuilding your infra.
