I do need money though, and if someone would loan me some money to further improve my city I would be insnanely grateful, and I would pay you back at 1.10x the rate you loaned it to me or more. I can demonstrate potential, as I've already started drilling for oil and I have an operation in place to convert it to gasoline, which is already making me money.
