Shellhound Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 An alliance is a group of people who band together due to common needs like protection and eventually find camaraderie and brotherhood (hopefully), I think Guardians tax rate kind of shows a bit in what we believe in, the good of the alliance comes before the good of the individual.
