It is to collect knowledge of the geography and resources of the land for better use of the land. The latest technology will also be used to map out cities, roads, and rural towns. Few Buisnessmen from SOE support the construction of Resource Production Buildings. The Facilties that would be constructed by their hand and wealth will be owned 100% by them, 5% of the Resources gathered from there would be given to Nova while the rest would be the Businessman's own Property. If Nova doesn't approve of this then it won't get any support from SOE. The University would like to send its students to assist and collect samples to help the Nova Government and the University in their research and capacity. Dean Jane Ambros would be glad to meet the Novan Ambassador in Berlin to discuss the deal. At least 500-700 students would participate and over 50 faculty. German Embassy, Nova City [Between Ambassador Kruch and President Nova] The German Government has prepared a 43 Billion Kronen Package to assist the Nova Government. We are happy to use our high-altitude drones to perform rapid large-scale topographical and resource surveying.
