Preventing those other guys from winning - a Shamblesphere petition

On behalf of my sphere's enemies, I'd like to ask Sheepy for a few things:

 

- prevent us from declaring wars;

- not letting us conduct any kind of attack;

- giving Shamblesphere nations an unlimited amount of MAPs;

- offering every Shamblesphere nation 300k of every resource and 1 billion dollars;

- accomplish the above by taking as much as possible from us;

- making Shamblesphere not as strategically inept and abysmal at war;

- prevent us from having and buying military.

 

I believe this would be good for the game coz reasons.
