The server dies every major war so the fix is to introduce major lag at server reset instead of actually fixing the problem. Coming from Bloc, "the server dies every major war" has a different meaning which really doesn't apply to PaW. PaW isn't that bad. You're exaggerating a tad. Many of the flaws with PW like the score range and "politics and snore" are unfixable without breaking the rest of the game. Most of these problems need a whole different engine to fix.
