It was a quiet day in Turkey, as the locals went about their business as usual. In this case, that business was storing the latest batch of Turkman Oil into the reserve. For all accounts, nothing really gave anything today a special vibe. The roads were as busy as normal, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. At least, that was until they saw it. A passenger-less van careening through the gate and right into the oil reserve at immense speed.

 

Shots rang out as CPF Insurgents opened fire from positions out in the hills at the security forces, in an attempt to keep them from successfully detonating the van before it reached its target. The security, taken unaware, very likely would not have been able to stop the first van as it reached its mark and detonated, bringing about a massive fireball as some of the Oil Reserve went up in flames.

 

It was at this moment that a second, and third van emerged from the wilds around the Oil Reserve, each speeding into the compound in an attempt to take out the rest of the reserve's Oil supply.

So it was, that another target would be hit by the Kurdish branch of the CPF. Similar to the attack in Turkey, this one was of a strategic nature. The vast Oil Fields of Kuwait would not likely be very heavily defended, if defended at all, as unlike the Oil Reserves of Turkey, the fields themselves were often a goal of capture. But not today, today the CPF, in its mission to weaken the opponents of True Navenda, would ravage this precious resource.
 

Those colonial, or otherwise intolerable stains upon the face of the middle east, which stood in the way of True Navenda's completion as an ideal, would have to be dealt with. They perversed the lands with Weebism, or other revolting ideologies, threatening the thousands of years of cultural heritage of the region. And now they would be dealt with...
 

Numerous trucks burst into the fields, and began assaulting the machinery, lighting them on fire and striking them with improvised explosive devices... If the Reich was vigilant, they might be able to bring in forces to punish the terrorist cell. Though, likely not before much of the Field's machinery was gone, and the Black Gold set alight.

The days of Navenda's completion, and the Cultural Salvation of the region would be swiftly approaching.
Even if the government officially condemned the actions of the CPF in the eyes of international audiences.

The image of the former Japanese flag appears on screen.

 

A man in what could only be described as a ninja mask steps into view of the camera.

 

He holds a few documents, which he places before him just underneath his face.

 

He stares at the camera, with most of his facial features masked, and speaks:

 

"This is NHK news, as recovered from barbarian hands.

 

"As I am a dead man, my name is irrelevant.  My brethren and I are dead so long as Japan is not free.

 

"We congratulate the efforts of our allies in Navenda, for they are doing what they can to preserve culture in those distant lands.

 

"But CPF Nihon Command expresses sorrow at the loss of life.  Culture is spread by living humans as well as technological means, no?  And if many people are dead, how can culture continue to spread?

"We implore our allies to consider less bloody means to achieve their ends.  While we understand that some tactics are vital for success, CPF NIhon Command believes that the Preservation of Culture walks hand in hand with the Preservation of Human Life.

 

"Fight the good fight, comrades.  The road to freedom is long, but it we can cross it!  BANZAI!"
