I was the Vice, but Ithiqarte killed himself. We've been attacked. The whole island has been contaminated with nuclear fallout. There are few clean water sources. We ask that the Evenstar contact us in order to negotiate surrender terms. And to all nations, especially the Caledonian Empire and the Empire of France, we formally apologize for the statements recently made in order to criticize imperialism, and imperialist monarchs and their citizens. We have firsthand experience with the fact denied by Ithiqarte that an imperial nation is not necessarily a bad nation, and that emperors or empresses are not always, and in fact mostly are not in this day and age, power hungry or corrupt. We can assure you that Ithiqarte did not speak on behalf of any more than thirteen percent of Meonesians with most statements he made. The Republic of Meonesia, again, formally apologizes and we hope that in the future our leaders will be willing to cooperate for a better tomorrow, rather than fight over actions of the past. Bio-Hazard teams are also on their way to help assist in decontamination. As a small "gift" we also send a $5.5m aid package, with 5000 tons of food and clean water. Hopefully, Meonesia can repair its relations with the international community. Hungadada hopes to see Meonesia prosper as equals among the international community. And for clarification, our missiles did not explode because we didn't put an explosive in warhead part of the missile and once again we do not use it to aggressive ways. It is purely for defense.
