What happened (describe thoroughly please): You detonated a nuclear weapon upon the nation of Proqression led by Ression. The attack destroyed 1,350.00 infrastructure in the city of Arene, and killed approximately 134,825 people, you monster! You also destroyed a nuclear power plant and a nuclear power plant Target nation only had one nuclear power plant in that city. One additional improvement should have been destroyed, but was not.
