Whichever city is your capital), as well as being able to freely fly passenger planes over your airspace with no trouble or cost as well as a non-agression pact (I'll message you the terms in game). Currently there is a no fly zone in The DeustchReich due to the 2016 Berlin Terror attacks, however by June 8th it will be removed and airplanes from Meonesia will be given permission to fly freely within DeustchReich Airspace. Yes our capital is berlin. The Ministry of Defense will accept this Non-Aggression Pact, however The Bundestag will have a vote on it. The DeutschReich has very strict laws, and that any plane flying within 20km of Federal Buildings, Schools, or high rises will be diverted, and if they fail to comply will be shot down. The Bundestag is our Parliment, The Government is the President and Chancellor For example for a military treaty, The Minister of Defense, and Bundestag Military Committee must both agree, and a final vote by The Chancellor And the same for Economic, Civil and other Treaties and ideas.
