New Spy Operations: Surveillance

On the topic of new spy operations, I've got an idea - Surveillance:

Surveil Ground Forces (Soldiers and Tanks)

Surveil Air Force

Surveil Navy

Surveil Missiles

Surveil Nuclear Weapons

Basically what happens is your spies can infiltrate a nation and photograph/map the locations of their military forces, making it easier to plan and execute military operations if you're at war with that nation in the near future (because you know the locations of some of their military forces). For example, if you surveil their Ground Forces, if you're at war with them in the future (say within 20 days) then your military will do extra damage to enemy Soldiers/Tanks in offensive battles. Same goes for Air Force and Navy.

If you surveil the positions of the enemy Missiles, then that makes it easier for your Iron Dome (if you have one) to intercept missiles from that nation if you go to war with them in the near future. Same goes for nukes, it increases the chances of your Vital Defense System to intercept nukes from said nation.

Or instead what you can do is for 1 military action point is send a certain number of troops to do reconnaissance. It would be the same thing just not spies instead actual troops. You could add both I guess...

This is very small

This is interesting. Perhaps the bonus could accumulate with repeated successful espionage attempts.

Players might be encouraged to "stalk" their target for days in order to maximize their advantage, but if an attempt failed, they would risk tipping off their prey.

I don't hate this really but it risks being OP so a reasonable damage bonus should be set. No more than 5%.

As to the above point if implemented it should not be shared with an alliance...this would be exploitable.
