Y'all of recently have always & continue to be worth it as long as being like increasingly more mentally disturbed Kardashian's hooked on Death Wish coffee mixed w/ Spirytus Vodka, & anything w/ high concentration of nicotine amidst being sexually confused seems to stay attractive on y'alls behalf. I personally ran into irl issues since I moved, settling in a new home even job, takes time. Plus dealing w/ other ppl's ignorance which was as painful as dealing w/ yalls eccentric backroom dealio's as well provocative collective hivemind.

Blackwater and Clock do have the offensive edge as well more numbers overall but Mysterious Oasis I mean excuse me, Swamp 2.0, (pardon my manners), still has that low to mid-tier advantage by still a decent margin(while both coalitions are close). Then again, they are completely as !@#$ed as Adriana Chechik gets when it comes to the upper mid-tier and above against Clockwater. So far it seemed more of an even fight though, only time will tell.
P.S. Swampites, try not to enjoy sucking some Clockwater BBC while y'all are at it, it'll help with adding entertainment to the rest of us. Well actually, whatever your gig is...you do you...

Being surrounded by controversy comes with the price that I'm willing to deal with as well acknowledge, something I've done well. But apparently it's something that you couldn't & still can't due do to how choose to be, same with those over at Waffle House. Then again, they are edgy teenagers who who get uneasy when there edge is pointing out further corrected.😋 They get just as scatterbrained during those call-outs as the amount of times they've decided to move treaty to treaty throughout all their history even into past aa's that merges all the way up to current day WH. Then again, that scatterbrainedness makes it easier to be controlled by someone who's emotionally manipulative so they at least get a sense of mental "control".

I thought you were more a devote Christian than that, but you are in Voodoo which is underneath Rose. You also tend to act like a pastor, completely fine when physically/mentally quenched yet very cranky when you didn't get your time with the pastor boys (which technically would make you more devoted christian, just a different way).
And how about I put this in the ring, a million dollars per each every single member in Rose-sphere that is in an alliance that has no other treaties outside of the sphere as well excluding NAPs and PIATs. This also includes all applicants in all eligible alliances described.

The issue with importance on the upper tier is that they can't strike as low as the mid tier can strike upwards. So no matter where you're at, if you're above someone in city ranges you will most likely have 3 people available to take your defensive slots. Whether or not they do is another story.
I still really think the middle-to-upper-middle tier is the most important due to the number of players present in that field AND the strategic utility of those tiers. You can pretty effectively strike down into the low-mid/lower tiers and dominate at-will and with enough numbers that even kamikaze style attacks won't bring you down. The whales suffer from success in this regard, literally, because you can plan out their downfall one at a time.

It should be obvious that the majority of the player base is within that range. And most alliances also tier those players to usually be as profitable as possible with both money and/or one to two resources in production. As per mentioned as well, due to the amount of people in this tier range, there's going to be a lot of Wars declared that can easily reach down as far as a bit below in the single digits and to as high as the mid 30s city count wise based on how most people are built on average. That is if built up to the common tiering standards that are shared similarly between alliances.
I'm fairly sure as a real life reference that the majority of truly important people are usually the working middle class is what usually defines how well a nation is doing economically. I would presume the same would apply in game as well anything like it. Yea, it's a no brainer that people in real life that are millionaires and even billionaires furthermore in game pre whale to whale tier are going to be as well continue to flourish since most below fundamentally can't reach them militarily and economically in most scenarios. Y'all putting pre whale to whale as most important it's like comparing Oprah Winfrey and Adam Sandler to someone like me and Akuryo.

I took 2 hours to go through the wiki, take notes, then whittle down to my conclusion. I obviously above listed all alliances that were allied plus fighting alongside IQ during NPOLT that are still around today. Then after reading through how the war went, I weeded out the one's that peaced but never switched fighting sides (All bolded aa's never truly switched sides, some went neutral at best that switched allies, but never joined the battle again).
You guys in BW can't deny that you guys still fought for a long stretch with heavy influence besides IQ. Majority of you were able to seek out peace but then got back stabbed, which only Carth & OWR by forum & wiki never rejoined on the premise against IQ (chose to stay neutral which has it's suspicions on why since it's technically unknown to most why).

Then there's Dusty's actual background that both BF & SMC, now WH can confirm, along with all the other people affected with his shenanigans.

If it's the latter, then there's bigger issues that need to be addressed, especially with the suspected treatment you're giving those kind of players like Dusty. Think about this is, BF was Panth 2.0 in which Waffle is a direct descendant of that 2.0. Also, there was his little econ offshoring incident that happened over in SMC causing a boot. Then add in all the other shenanigans Dusty & his buds have done throughout their months/years(banking scandals, thefts, laundering, couping, backstabbing, cheating). Then toss in how Oceania, who's now merged into TO, was letting him go in and out midst him doing those shenanigans. So in a way, that is their CB.

1. I invested in a free thing called Google & my own lunatically fueled mind.
2. Unlike Rose diplomacy strategies, me & my accomplices always have a different way sooner or later.
3. The only moneys worth being used is y'alls output towards building yo (higher tiered) members ya lot in gov have favors for, specially yourselves in gov that have most "approval". That alongside antidepressants, puberty blockers, coffee, & pain killers (most likely to mask pain from one getting (a) injury/injuries from hurtin oneself through ones own stupid ideas( Ex: Over-thinkin too much leads to migraine from processing low celled ideas turned into what's supposed to sound higher celled but truly is lowered).
