  1. Beige protection is important for new nations though, most raiders have low nation score and will attack anyone, regardless of alliance.
  2. This is a nice idea but it would make the game very frustrating and impossible in later stages. It also wouldn't keep up with growing nations because as a nation's population grows and the demand for water increases, the production of water will still be the same. The difference with food is that as population grows you can just buy more farms or land to keep up with the growing population.
  3. I find that commerce is best for me currently. I'm not active enough to trade effectively and a few people have too many resources to sell, I can't make a good profit out of buying and selling. From the nation score I managed to reach, everyone within war range are all in alliances or have a very powerful military. There were a few times when there would be a nation without an alliance and weak military but they're often not worth attacking as I gain nothing after winning the war.
  4. Being in an alliance gives you protection and connections to people who can help you. During my time in VoC, I have received financial aid from the alliance and protection, I'm still in the top 300 so I'm happy with the security I get. Different alliances help their members differently but if you really think that your alliance isn't doing you any good, you should probably join a different one.
  5. Plain cheese pizza is the worst in my opinion. If you're going to eat pizza, get some toppings on it. As for pepperoni, it's actually one of my favourite toppings but I can understand and know many reasons why people hate it and why I should stop eating it so much.
  6. You'll just be destroyed by the alliance if you attack members in an alliance.
  7. I've got a better one. Polska appearing on the world map.
  8. If they fight back, they won't really be civilians as they're part of the war.
  9. Sorry, looked at the wrong page. Better than your old profile picture, 8/10
  10. Engrish, better than anything I've ever seen while in China. 20/10
  11. Sleeping dogs is probably my favourite game.
  12. Sending troops seems like a nice idea but you would need a limit or conditions to prevent smaller nations from being OP.
  13. It's been two turns at the time of writing and I'm supposed to have earned $6,347.81, 1.47 tons munitions, 5.27 tons food, 0.59 tons coal and 0.25 tons lead. For some reason I'm still not getting it.
  14. I'm in the Northern Hemisphere and the weather is working fine for me so I confirm what Diabolo said.
  15. I have 101.9 tons of oil from when it was really cheap to buy and now I don't know what to do. Is it better to buy gasoline from the market or should I build an oil refinery buy oil instead? This is for the long-term but I don't know how long I should be needing to supply myself with gasoline until I should have enough. Wondering if it would be cheaper to buy oil and once I've got enough gasoline then decommission the refinery or if I should just buy gasoline.
  16. All for the idea too with #2, decisions made with cuts in food production have to be more careful.
  17. An app also makes things much easier for people already playing on P&W but also play it on mobile devices.
  18. I play on P&W in public areas on my HTC a lot. With a small screen, it's hard to navigate the page as I have to zoom in which causes the resource counter to cover the whole screen. If I don't zoom in close enough, tapping a button is hard as they're too small and when I try to tap on 'trade' it often ends up clicking on 'military' instead. I suggest a mobile website which as a side menu you can open so the buttons aren't so hard to tap and the page being more easily accessible through mobile device. Even better, an app but only if possible, the mobile website is sufficient.
