*The Royal News Network of The United Kingdom of Caledonia* "Recently The Royal Caledonian Airforce has claimed victory over neighboring terror groups. The force made swift capture and arrest of many fighters and has begun cargo drops to ground units. While no official word has come from the Royal Triumvirate, Governor Sven had this to say" *camera switches to Gov. Sven* 'We have won this battle but the war is not over' *camera returns* "While many celebrate this victory, some people believe there aren't any terrorists and that this is a plot to cover the expansion in favor of more resources and power. There is much left to wonder about this recent turn of events, but we will keep you up to date on the current events....."

*The UKC flag flies high over the capital of New Adrenia as the security is heightened to lengths never before seen and for good reason. One by one the Triumvirate come out and onto the stage listening to the cheers of the crowd roaring to hear what they would say. While there were some who cheered far off in the back were those who booed but we're drowned out. First Emperor Zeus walked and stood behind the podium then Emperess Lillian and Emperor Anek stood to either side of him.* *Zeus raised his hand and a hush came over the crowd. He cleared his throat and began to speak* "Ladies and Gentelmen of the UKC, we have long awaited this day, a day in which many nations around the world will either be shocked with suprise or with anger. The UKC was founded on the principals my father laid before me at such an early age....or so I tried to lead it as such. By now many of you know who we are, it was from our first conception in Australia that our family name was written in the books, many tried to wipe us out and smear it from history, but I stand before you today to say that we did, we are and we will rise above all those who try to beat us down. From this day forward we will be known as The United Kingdom of Caledonia. Our military is made up of remnants from Caledonia and our family is here today to honor our people by being the first to abolish this idea that we are an Empire because that era is gone just like many people who were lost on the day in which Caledonia fell. Today Caledonia lives on not as we were before but as a truly United Kingdom." *he raised his hand and saluted the flag as did everyone else as the anthem of Caledonia played and the Flag of Caledonia rose to sit under that of the UKC. When the anthem ended he turned back to the crowd* "We are not changing anything about how our kingdom is run now but we are going to give memory to the foundations that led us to this point in time where we can all stand side by side and resemble a nation that can never truly be defeated even when completely destroyed by the hands of the enemy......in the words my father used before me and his father before him.....Long Live The United Kingdom of Caledonia!" *the crowd chanted this atbthe royal family exited the stage and the High tech air force flew past leaving a trail of the UKC colors*

Yeah beyond unlikely. As lelouch said there's some who have been here longer than a few months and we aren't just gonna change our timeline to fit some random already created timeline. Would also like to point out the lack of creativity in that, but whatever.

I wasn't saying I am a mod, and I agree that any rule that goes against the current set should be requested. My main point was that the reason behind this is for those who want to give an early consent out to everyone in the rp, can. In my opinion this was the obvious next step and allows for those who don't want to leave the consent rule to see what it's like and that it's not all that bad. Or to further state it, this allows us to progress at a gentle pace while not losing half the players due to a disagreement.

While I'm more than thrilled to have the moderators support behind this, I'd like to point out, signing this list means you give automatic consent to everyone in the rp. So I don't think there is a justified reason to give a warning point and besides this is the only obvious next step to make everyone happy, or try to.

Quite honestly adding a timeline is rather pointless. I mean I have a timeline that extends back to Australia, Italy and the furthest point North America. So no I won't follow whatever timeline you guys would come up with cause I refuse to change my rp to fit your red taped box. End of discussion on my part.

This list will be composed of anyone who wants to give NATRP wide consent. This consent will require a plausible reason to attack. Further discussion can be made about rules to this consent but for now I'll leave it at this. 1) A captured nation or character is and will be under the control of the owner. Meaning if you capture my nation and leader, then I have the right to rp out rebellions, and an escape as well as whatever else would come along with occupying another nation. 2) A valid reason of war must be given. Meaning don't declare just cause it's fun, have a reason behind it, make it interesting and logical to the rp. 3) If you attack someone on this list and you yourself aren't on it then you effectively relinquish your consent for that war More rules may be added later but that's it for now. If you'd like to be added give your nation name and leader of that nation. *Emperor Zeus smiled very satisfied with this proposal but as stated before he had something of his own to accomplish. He stood up with a cough to clear his throat and began to speak in his native tongue known and almost easily recognizable as formerly Caledonian. He did this strictly to reveal His families history. His words were something very short but firm in itself. He then translated these words. Zeus(translated): "It is an honor to speak here" *these words while meaningless in most languages held more significance in its true translation. As stated before this was to show respect to the nation whom he was in and to help ease any nervousness in the room about the UKCs intentions* Zeus(now in English):"I am greatly pleased by your proposal, but we do have one of our own." *he then nodded to Governor Sven, who then immediately placed the orb on the table which brought up a beautiful orb of many colors before closing in on a map that showed Umbrella and both portions of the UKC on either side* Zeus:"We are attempting to connect our two lands and propose the approval to create a direct route through your lands. All resources needed would be provided by us but the Jobs made and money made to the workers would be given towards whomever you could muster to help build this. On a side note we need access to this road which means access to your lands, so we are proposing complete open boarders for both nations. In exchange we are willing to provide air support for all of your shipments when needed. Our second proposal would be to have a mutual base along this route" *the orb zoomed in to a point on the highlighted route(extending along the Pacific coastline)* "This base would be to more easily and effectively operate mutually between our nation's and establish a bond between our militaries. Along with the obvious need to refill and to have access to the Pacific, this base would be where our protection in the skies would come from for your shipments. Consider it, something to use when you have am illegal or expensive shipment. Of course all of this would be willfully negotiated in the future if need be." *the orb then closed and sven took it back and Zeus sat down to hear the response*

[CLOSED] *somewhere within the realm of the Mystical portal once positioned in France a man and a woman stood with another woman* Lelei: "Anek....Lillian....I know you two want to see your son, but those who attempted to kill you once could still be out there." Lights flashed and orbs surrounded them changing their features on the outside but keeping those on the inside, the spell finished and they looked at eachother* *they both smiled accepting the new looks and turned to Lelei* Lelei: "you two be safe out there." *they both said their goodbyes and with a wave of their hands they both left the realm and appeared in the Throne room of the UKC* *Zeus walked in soon after they arrived* Zeus: "what are you two doing in here?" Lillian: "My son....it is us your parents" Zeus: "liar! My parents were killed in the theatre" Anek: *walked up to him and placed a hand on his shoulder, for a split moment his true self was revealed* "son..." *He hugged him* "Lelei managed to save us" Zeus: "You are...." *He teared up a bit and then looked sternly* "why did you wait so long to come find me" Lillian: "My boy, my precious boy, in that realm it had only been a few weeks, but we were always watching. Your birthday, Christmas, even the day you were corronated. I'm so proud of you, but why are you attacking your own kind?" *Zeus looked down* "secretly I blamed magic for your deaths and so the the actions of that nation gave me a scapegoat" *anek wiped the lingering tear from his son* "even if we were gone, those people are frightened and they need a leader who will defend their rights as much as a humans rights" *Zeus nodded* "you always were the wisest person I knew" *the three hug and parts away from them* ------------------------------------------------- [OPEN] *soon every TV channel is turned to a black Screen and then Zeus appears in front of the screens with his parents behind him on either side* "People of the UKC, I have made a very dishonorable decision and have been hypocritical. I want to apologize to the magical beings whom I harmed and struck fear into. I want you and the humans of our nation to know that our war is not with ourselves but with those nations who choose to bring genocide to anyone. Behind me is my parents who were presumed dead, but wrongfully so, together we will run this nation as three equal rulers of this land and we three will vow to protect every UKC citizen and we will ensure your freedoms will not be taken no matter what or who you are." *the camera pans to a large group of those who were captured, on a command they were each one released* "TheDr people are being released and being compensate for the wrong I have done, I would like to personally apologize to each of you and I grant you each a return of your citizenship to our land." *the camera turns back to Zeus and he raises a hand igniting a small orb* "I came here and turned away from who I really was but now I, Emperor Zeus along with Emperor Anek and Empress Lillian solemnly swear to defend our rights and out way of life from those who wish us harm" *following Suit Anek and Lillian made the same oath each creating an orb of the same stature* *the screens then close and a new flag appears On the screens with a note under it* (This is now the new flag to resemble a new face for our nation)

That actually really works tbh, a lot better than limiting the number

Gifted provinces maybe, but as far as total, I think that's way to little considering we can only start out with 50 and that would only leave 30 provinces possible and for those who would like to continue rping it really disables any realism that is left in this place. Although, I do think a limit should be placed so that, as stated before, one cannot have a friend make a nation and then leave and gift all their lands away.
