The Athretvar Defense Aerospace Corporation has also been authorized to offer the design of a custom Narvan warfare aircraft and full domestic production rights of the same to the Empire of Narvan for Orbis $1 million, if the Empire so desires. Said aircraft would be designed incorporating and according to Narvan's particular military needs and specifications.

This particular map is just a few layers of real maps of the Ile Kerguelen in the south Indian Ocean. Then using a vector drawing app (I use Omnigraffle), I mess around with the transparencies of the layers to get a base map. After that, I just start drawing in the borders, urban areas, major infra, and add all the proper labels, blah, blah.... still there? Truth be told, I just love drawing maps and have stumbled upon how to make a few good ones from time to time.
