All eligible male citizens are given one calendar year to make the acquisition complete, and firearms purchases are always completely tax deductible in Tennessee. Beyond that, a $1,000 annual tax penalty would be added to any male citizen who didn't have the requisite rifle. This excludes physically and mentally handicapped individuals and religious exemptions for registered conscientious objectors. Female citizens are highly encouraged, but not required, to acquire the same equipment and training. All tax benefits related to owning the required equipment, ammunition, body armor, and training extend to all citizens.

Citizens (of either gender) over the age of 18 who own their own IIIA rated body armor or greater will be given a tax break of 3% (or 5% for level IV body armor) per year on income taxes only. The Stone Division Treaty Mutual Defense optional Aggression Pact Cornerstone – Storm Division Preamble: Cornerstone and Storm Division (hereafter referred to as ‘The Parties’) enter into this treaty of mutual defense and optional aggression. Article I: The Parties come together as friends and agree not to attack the other party. If friendly-fire incidents occur, the offending signatory agrees to cover damages and enforce appropriate consequences within 48 hours. The Parties also agree to handle any other issues between them in confidentially. Article II: Both signatories agree to share all relevant information of stature. It is agreed that this information shall not be falsified, or changed in any way, to mislead the other party. The Parties are also encouraged to share technological and monetary assistance with the other if requested. Article III: Should either of The Parties come under attack, the other will provide forthwith military assistance. Should this military assistance be requested due to a third party treaty, honoring it becomes voluntarily. Each signatory also has the option of fighting aggressively alongside the other. Article IV: Should either Party wish to cancel this treaty, it may be cancelled at any time with proper notification of the other Party, followed by 72 hours. After the 72 hours has passed the treaty is nullified. EDIT: I can't control the flag sizes too well, they are both irrationally large and slightly different in size. Oh well.

I predict that New Pacific Order will improve very quickly. This was their first major war that I'm aware of and they're having to shed their CyberNations tactics because those don't apply here. Rose was protecting them in name only and then attacked them when they helped an ally out. Rose then attacked Storm Division for honoring their treaties. It's pretty obvious who betrayed who here.

Rose didn't do anything for them from the looks of it. They were doing fine before they had a "protector" and the treaties they had in place were enough to prevent a random attack anyway. Their understanding was that BoC was under attack and they were defending their ally. As far as I'm concerned, Rose betrayed them. SD will probably turn out a pretty decent alliance given time.

I really don't blame SD for siding with their BoC allies over Rose.
