Aklash strongly condemns the Republic of Yemen government, we believe that your peoples demands must be met in order to promote democracy.

To whom it may concern, Our country has recently seen a massive protest, on a leaked government officials email. This email contained offensive racist chants, and slurs referring to Africans, and Chinese minority groups. We have prosecuted this former member of our government, and he is currently being charged with [2] Conspiracy, and [2] Misuse of Power. He is currently in a Federal penitentiary facing the death sentence based on vote from our justice department. Hours after the news of this abomination spread approximately 33k citizens (majority of the population) overthrew police, and began looting, destruction, and anarchy in the city. On executive orders Good Hope was evacuated, and police were sent in to try and disperse the crowd which ultimately failed. PM Mensor Lachie order 3,000 troops to deploy chemical attacks, and counter anarchy measures. This has worked, and there is currently a high police/army presence in the city to stop further violence. Over 2,923 protesters were killed, and over 20,000 protesters injured. 700 troops, and police were left to die in the streets after being trampled/beaten to death, and 52 were left injured. Over 25k protesters were injured and are currently facing criminal charges. All foreign forces sent the Aklash were killed, and some of the bodies were eaten by protesters. The government of Aklash has now enforced martial law. Over 230 civilians and 92 police officers lie dead in the streets. Thousands are injured and unable to get help due to the ongoing riots. Aklash has infact fired the government official, as we do not support racial slurs. PM Mensor Lachie is sending in 3,000 millitary members to patrol the streets. There is an ongoing curfew from dusk to dawn. There is still about 30k (majority of the population) that is rioting in the streets. The government of Aklash has now begun chemical attacks to disperse the crowd, many more protesters injured (390) no more police officers are patroling the streets, and the army has taken full command to stop the riots. This is the closest the city of Good Hope has come to anarchy.

A peaceful crowd of protesters turn violent early Thursday morning(1:19 AM) after a dozen protesters started throwing rocks, and other projectiles at police. This is one of many protest after a recent allegation that a government official's racist rants in emails were leaked. By 2:30 AM a gunfight broke out as protesters tried to fire at the capital building, killing 7 and injuring 56. By 5:30 AM 11 police officers were killed and over 82 protesters killed, with thousands injured from tear gas and gunshot wounds. On April 6th the Security Council of Aklash (The country's highest governing body) passed a bill to open all borders to men, women, and children of all ages. This has come under harsh criticism after allegations that having an open door policy could raise the attention of the enemies of Aklash. Jim Bob of the Security Council said in a statement earlier today, ¨We have nothing to fear, our government has converted all border town's into military bases to ensure that we monitor who is coming in and coming out.¨

On this day, the 7th of April, in 1997 a series of four explosions wrecked the capital of our great nation. On this day, the 17th of March, at 11:17 Joonish Standard Time, Prime Minister Herk Joon was assassinated with a shot gun. The government has fallen into chaos as a revolution is on the verge of starting. Currently Joonish Officials are not looking for the suspect as many suspect it was an inside job. They have also repayed all their debts to The German Reich, and will soon be leaving them in order to fulfill it's duties as good neighbors of the Earth. The 67+ citizens of the new Joonish rename their capitol "Good Hope" in hopes of forming stronger trusted bonds with the outside world. Our nation of Joonish has recently come under controversy for "theft" of funds from my great alliance, The German Reich. We would pardon the nations of the Earth to hear our side before you judge us. Our people were declared war on by Forentina in mid March. Forentina vowed revenge, but we were strong enough to protect our people. Now Forentina is using FALSE statements to shame our nation. We are not saying that we didn't take the money, BUT we are saying that the money was taken justifiably and later the leader of The German Reich (Oskar) apologized to our people for the misunderstand and reunited us with our alliance. The funds were taken to be used in the defensive efforts to help protect us against the dictatorship of Forentina. Next was Cornerstone. Cornerstone leader LPS sent me a recruitment message promising me over 200k if I joined the alliance ( to fund my first few cities) I gladly accepted knowing it was for the good of my people. I was later made fun of on the alliance forum to a point where I felt that the only choice I had was to leave the alliance. Congressional Deceleration Of War In order for any nation belonging to the National Defense Committee to declare war on any other nation they must get permission from a Security Council member or the leader. IF NOT FOLLOWED you will be declared a rouge and be kicked out of the alliance. 2. Rules of War Once given permission to declare war from a Security Council member, you must use all the possible attacks you can against a combatant. The alliance will provide any aid and or supplies that it possibly can for you to gain victory. Full transcripts of a battle must be provided to at least one Security Council member. 3. Changes of the NDC (National Defense Committee) Any future changes to the articles of the NDC laws must be voted on and agreed by 2/3 of the members and 1/2 of the NDC Security Council. Members may submit change request in the forums where the will be voted on. 4. Termination of Officials If a Security Council member violates any laws he or she will be put on a trial in which members of NDC will be faced with the decision of whether of not to terminate an official. 5. Clause On Raids Unjustifiable raids are not permitted unless authorized strictly BY THE LEADER of NDC. Failure to comply with this clause will result in immediate termination without trial by jury. 6. Rules on Embargoes Any nation may justifiably embargo a nation. 7. Amendment 13 Clause All the peoples of The Earth should, and WILL have the rights to protect his or her basic human needs including, but not limited to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. 8. Right to uphold these Laws It is the duty of ALL members of NDC to uphold these laws in the international community.
