The player I attacked had played the game for 266 days. I've been playing the game for 36 days. If this is considered the "political route", then they aren't doing it terribly well. At the end of the day, it comes down to this -- MENSA HQ is a group of people who simply know each other from a previous game a few years ago. I'm just one of those players, me raiding an unprepared player who has been playing the game 9-10x longer than I have is not acting on behalf of MENSA, it's just a choice that I made. Instead of just preparing better for next time, messaging me to stop, or messaging my alliance leader to stop, you took to the forums to make demands and complain about it. And with it, the little respect that I may have had for your alliance dwindled down to zero.

Is this actually true? I've seen this mentioned a few times now, but I'm skeptical. If tanks do not work as a multiplier for soldier's effectiveness, they are a waste. You should not bother with tanks until you already have 5 barracks per city.

Oil Plant for the first 1,000 infra -> Swap out to a Nuclear plant when you're at 1,000 infra to open up 2 slots. (At 1,100 infra it's 3 oil plants vs 1 nuclear plant)

This thread is mostly directed at me (why you condemn MENSA HQ is beyond me). What are you even thinking with this thread, I have literally no idea. Your #1 player had little military defense. You have a weak/small alliance, and are not protected by a larger alliance. With that in mind, you should expect to be raided. The game is called Politics & War for a reason, if you don't use a military protect your income -- or use diplomacy to indirectly protect it -- you will be attacked. After you are inevitably attacked, you take to the forums to publicly extort those who attacked you. Brilliant move.

When exactly do improvements get destroyed in war? For example: https://politicsandwar.com/city/id=21820 That city has 14/12 improvements. Is it possible to destroy in infrastructure to the point that he has 14/4 improvements (for example), or do improvements eventually get destroyed somehow?

Mostly agreeing with Oblige, above. #1 - Credits should not be lootable. Would defeat the purpose of your "buying in bulk" idea. People will buy however much they can immediately use/defend until they use. #2 - The fix per month is crucial, as you & others on this forum seem to understand. Anything more than $30/month is too much, $1 per day seems like a fair balance between being able to pay the server bills & not giving too much power to those with disposable paychecks. #3 - The fact that you are responsive on the forums is good; will help to avoid dying the same fate of the game we came from: eRepublik. Keep it up.
