  1. I guess that'd be cool. By city state do you mean a country that only has one city?
  2. I don't want this to be a full debate. I will say this: People can still cheat. It's like bringing refugees in and saying there will be more crime. There will always be crime. There will always be cheaters. This suggestion doesn't change that rule.
  3. Good day, My name is Baker Harrington. I have had my nation for 427 days now, joined and created many alliances, and taken place in all three world wars (and sort of started the tS-FSA War). The thing is, I am now in the top 10% of nations, so I'm not too powerful, but definitely not weak. You see, overtime, being a larger nation in a higher up alliance, you have to follow a lot of common, civil rules. This is to be expected, of course. Yet, over time, I miss more and more the days of being a small nation, who can jump around alliances, raid some people, get beiged, and then rebuild. I could do that now, yes, but I know better not too with my only nation. Let me be clear, though, I don't miss it because of the raiding, I miss it because of the environment there is in small alliances, with fellow small nations. Therefore, what I am trying to suggest is that multis, well, be allowed to exist in the game. Of course, there'd be a limit of one per house, like we have now, 2 nations per. These nations would not be allowed any interaction whatsoever between each other, cannot trade, and cannot declare war against each other (this rule could be changed, just a suggestion). To confirm that you have a second account on P&W, you will apply on a topic created on our forums, so a database may be made for all legal multis. Now, could people exchange money using a middle man? Yes, they could. And can now, that is an issue that is very hard to stop. Enacting this suggestion wouldn't affect this. All this does is let people who want two accounts that have no relation be honest about it, and allow it. If this isn't allowed, people will continue to lie, and say they are two people with two accounts. I hope you consider my idea, as it would make many people, looking to have a small nation, whilst keeping a larger one, happy. Thank you, Baker Harrington P.S. This will be very easy to enact.

  5. I like your alliance's lack of the basic freedom of posting on forums.
  6. This teaches us an important lesson everyone. That is, Bush did 9/11.
  7. Utopia stands with our protectors, The Syndicate, through these tough times. As an executive order, I will forcefully make our alliance change the flag to that of the Republic of Ireland. On behalf of Utopia, I send my good-wishes to the family of Digitizer.
  8. Yes, Utopia has been fighting an undeclared war. We have already hit several people in the past few days. Also, thank you for all the good wishes!
  9. It has come to my attention that a war has started. I believe they are calling it "The Third Great War." We, Utopia (you probably haven't heard of us), and our 40 members, have decided to join in this war officially. We will support our protectors, and we will push through. Being a protectorate of The Syndicate, I'm sure you can guess who's side we are on. That being said, Utopia officially declares war on The United Purple Nations and the Brotherhood of Clouds. Signed- Secretary General: Baker Harrington Secretary of State: Kai Cohen
  10. Lol. I didn't even see this until now. Thanks for backing us up.
  11. October 15, 1995: Why I am here, I do not know. I’m just the captain of a fishing vessel. Well, not anymore. Now, I’m a soldier for Hong Kong’s military. For the past two months, we’ve been militarizing. Myself, with a bunch of other men older than 18 and younger than 45, all got drafted into the army. We now have a little more than 1/10 our population as foot soldiers. We were in The Light Federation, but now we are in Rose. Rose declared war on The Syndicate, but we have not attacked them. We are refraining from attacking them. I don’t know why. October 20, 1995: Syndicate has invaded us. We are mobilizing. It was a combined attack on Zongshan in the South, and Kowloon in the west. They hit the capital, and the Prime Minister is probably hiding in an underground bunker. They estimate 40-50,000 troops were killed in the initial wave. Hong Kong will be destroyed. Many civilians will die. I will fight with all I’ve got; Hong Kong has no hope in this war. Rose is being crushed, and we will soon follow. Food is running out. October 23, 1995: We have been attacked by another nation. Exodus and Beardlandia currently occupy us. They have killed together around 90,000 troops in just the beginning of the war. I should be dead by now. We are almost out of troops. We cannot make more tanks as we cannot afford the steel. Our air force is slowly diminishing; we were attacked by larger nations, with larger air forces. We have no hope. We keep recruiting. We will have to wait and see. Oh, and good news. Sort of. We have launched a missile at the nation of Exodus. It killed 30,000 people. A tragedy, yes. We are evil. But we were attacked. And we will defend. Way more of our civilians have been killed. We were lucky too, it barely got through their iron dome. October 30, 1995: There is… some good news. Our navy is doing the best, for now. About 125,000 people in the armed forces have been killed. Luckily, extremely luckily, I am still alive. Our navy has set out and blockaded two of the countries, Annares, who recently invaded us, and Beardlandia. We have reports that Exodus is creating a navy to rival ours. It will get bigger. It will destroy us. Our officials tell us that the wars will be over soon. They say, however, we will keep getting attacked if we stay in Rose. We need to leave. Unfortunately, we can’t. Estimates of civilian losses are coming out soon. We will also learn how much money they have stolen. Up until recently I wanted to be in Dongguang. It was the only untouched city. Exodus, however, still had a massive air force. Ours was almost diminished. We were getting little supplies. Their planes rolled in. They attacked. They killed 20,000 civilians in one strike. These strikes keep happening. The only damage we’ve done to Syndicate is our small naval attacks, and the missile we shot at Exodus. November 10, 1995: The reports are in. The Syndicate has officially stolen 3.5 million dollars from Hong Kong. Our income is going straight to them. Anyways, a sadder story is to be told. Our military is all gone. Everyone is dead or has left. I laid down my weapons and became a civilian. Only 1,000 soldiers remained; 999 of them were probably killed. The nuclear power plants are still working luckily, and in some places we even get cellular data. However, we now know about how many Hongkongers have been killed. Well. The number adds up to 300,000. 300,000 civilians were killed. I am sick. 1/3 of our country has been wiped off this planet. The world has ended. Orbis is getting screwed. Nukes are being thrown at everyone. A missile hasn’t hit us but those airstrikes are killing us. We have no hope. The economy is crumbling. The Prime Minister has not been heard from. We do know, too, that almost EVERY single person of Dio faith in Hong Kong has been killed by Syndicate airstrikes. It’s a shame. They probably supported the enemy… November 12, 1995: Our GDP has gone down by 1 billion dollars. All attacks from Syndicate have stopped, for now. Our military bases, airfields, factories, and dry-docks are all empty. The only military workers are our secret spies and the missile pad employees. Our citizens are in shock. There are bodies everywhere. Corpses burned, shot, blown to bits. Red has been painted everywhere. Our nation has never seen something like this. The Syndicate isn’t trying to kill civilians, at least I think. But their method of warfare is very deadly, and their airstrikes are killing many. Those fortunate enough have gone into bunkers or hidden in the mountains. December 24, 1995: It is Christmas now. There aren’t many cheers though. Nor are there good moods. The food is almost out. People are starving. My rib cage is showing more than it ever has. Hong Kong is still in Rose. We NEED to leave! Syndicate will attack us again! And the next attack will be devastating. They could near wipe Hong Kong off the map. Gangs are starting to form. They are stealing food and setting fire to buildings. The worst of them are stealing people to eat. The military would stop them… but there is no military. They technically are the military. The gangs are the only people that could even defend us. Well, if things don’t get better, we are all going to die. The middle class, even the upper middle class, will all die. January 12: 1996: It, is, January. It is so cold. The power is still on, but barely. The food is about diminished. Rose is getting destroyed. Hong Kong has no hope. We will perish from this planet. I will not write again. There is no point. I’m going to die. October 5, 1995: I am… so confused. I think I lost some brain cells. Time, as we know it, has reversed? I awoke in my barracks, to which I was surprised. I had fallen asleep in my home in suburban Kowloon. Now I was in Victoria. All my fellow comrades were wide awake, ready to train for the day. I didn’t know what to do. I thought I was dreaming. So, I just trained with them. On our morning run, (it was a casual Sunday), I noticed a man shaking in a corner, so I approached him. I asked what was wrong. He started to cry, telling me his name was Joe, and stating he had fallen asleep in Guangzhou the prior night, all the way across the country. He told me his war story. I was not dreaming. We ran to the edge of the base, which looked out over the Kowloon skyline. From the top of the mountain the prior night, I would have heard anarchy in the streets and seen fire from the scrapers. What I saw were glimmering buildings and a bustling city. I asked a nearby private the date. He told me it was October 4, 1995. So, since it was our free day that afternoon, Joe and I headed down to downtown Victoria to check out the scene. We walked into a diner and asked the waiter what he thought was going on. He said he too was confused, and so were most of his costumers who thought it was January. He said some of his costumers, maybe a quarter or a third, were not confused at all, stating they had fallen asleep the prior day in October. He also told us that every soldier he had seen except for us was totally fine too. I came to this conclusion: every man that had lived had been transported back in time to October with his memories. Every man who had died forgot his memories from the war, and got a second chance at life. I’m still confused, but I’m happy I’m alive, for now. Hopefully this war gets stopped… October 17: 1995: Great news! Peace has been made! The huge war is over! Us Hongkongers, and the rest of the world, have gone through hell. But we made it! We will not forget, but we will forgive. We will move on. We will survive.

  13. Yay! We are an atheist state. However, we welcome and have many religions too!
  14. I know, but here they're an independent nation. In real life they are part of China. Chinese military is even in Hong Kong. Thanks though!
  15. I'm criticizing you. Pot should be legal everywhere. If you want pot, hey, why not? Go ahead and have it! Cops aren't even that strict about it anyways. It has been proven to cause less brain damage then alcohol, and you cannot over dose. Why do you get to choose what goes in my body? Secondly, women should get to choose what they want with their bodies. It doesn't even have thoughts yet. Are you killing a life. Yes. For a good cause? Yes. If a woman doesn't want a kid but has to deliver it, why make a child go through the pain of abusive parents? Why not just end their life before they can think? Especially if the parents don't want them. I mean it is birth control too. Humans will over populate, and food is going to run out. With guns, you have to have a pshycological test to get a permit, in which you can then get a gun. Also, to get the permit you have to take a course on learning how to properly use a gun. Same tax rates? Seriously? I'm no communist but a flat tax rate would be disastrous. Now I'm not saying we tax the crap out of the rich. But their taxes need to be higher. If someone is making 30k a year, with taxes at 25%, they're losing a lot of money! It's hard to live on that in America! However, if you make a million dollars, but you lose 40%, you keep 600k. That's a great amount.
  16. Yep Thanks guys! Means a lot! I've been writing it since the end of the war.
  17. I suggest checking out Advanced Filmology. You can find it here: http://politicsandwar.wikia.com/wiki/Advanced_FilmologyHong Kong is proud to host both Dioism and Advanced Filmology in its borders.
  18. What will this war be called? For the wikipedia article, of course.
